    backing up Mail... lots of ways...

    - Use IMAP accounts instead of POP, so you just synch it all down from the server again if a drive dies/computer gets stolen/blows up......

    - Use .Mac to synch mail across multiple Macs

    - backup Mail accounts and other stuff using .Mac and Backup.

    - backup your user > Library >Mail folder

    - backup your whole home folder

    - backup your whole Users folder

    - backup the whole drive

    etc... zzz
