I'm involved with lot of internal business development projects currently. I would agree with jox. Write a solid plan and the rest will follow. Name, attitude and rest of the shit will be easy to figure out once you have given thorough thought on what is your market and the service. You obviously can not do this alone. So work with your management guy, you both need to be proactive in this process.
