my firm does a fair bit of pro-bono. Sometimes I wonder how we stay solvent. I started working on a pro-bono piece back in May, a 12-page brochure, and it still isn't done. Plus, at the end of the summer the client added a folder, an envelope, and a product list into the mix. Not a big deal, but it's been a pain in the ass...the whole project could've taken less than a month, start to finish if this client could get their act together.
