I say dig into the type of theatre they will be - what sort of performances will they put on, what's their personality etc.
and how significant is it that it be obviously related to NZ? what's a 'New Zealand theatre in London' all about anyway? do they just bring in shows from NZ?
dig down past the pun and the top level significance of NZ, and you'll find some interesting avenues to explore
