i'm just not sure if selecting individual companies will benefit your thesis. You may be open to libel and so your research will become bogged down ensuring a legal basis to your argument. e.g. do you remember the McLibel trial?
what I said about ethics as a function of design or design as a function of ethics should be a framework to your reasoning....
