seriously though, if I can make my own site with only a limited grasp of dreamweaver 3 and html then I'm sure you can. Just borrow a copy from someone.
Or like others have said, view the source code of an 'eatock' (that pisses me off that we refer to a simple page with 2 frames by his name) page and change the text and images, easy!
