i would assume that in that verbal agreement, the work would be split 50/50.
what works one way, can work another.
also, i dig what SLAZ tells ya. dont dick the client, but if you are in good with them, you can probably explain what's up.
if there is no signed contract... then i dont think you can be held liable for slander or whatnots.but you'd wanna check that out with a lawyer before you take my word. oh, and fuck your "co-worker". gimme his adress, $2,000 and i will fix his kneecaps good. =)
