my philosophy highschool teacher (psicologist/christian, comunist/historian) used to say things like this, but with a wierd twist.
he says all this movies are goverment conspiracies to brainwash us to what their plans are, and to train us for the new things in the future (like flying cars and flying skates) so we are not surprised once they come.
another one, he said, jurassic park will happen and the movie was to train us and to document our reaction.
i wouldnt be surprised if he thinks speilberg is a goverment puppet.
he hated me cause i kept telling him that all the ufo's were actually people from the future visiting us here in the past, he probably tought i was making fun of him, but i really believe that.
