tell them exactly what you told us, but dont use ass in the description. i have found that clients will respect your honesty and come back with other work in the future.

just removed all instances of "ass" from the email in my outbox.
seriously though, the NT advice is much appreciated and i think i'm gonna turn this down.. 2007 is already looking killer busy.
