i like it. it is a good beginning. when scaled down though, the name is lost a bit and the ratios are skewed between the logomark and the logotype.
i would play w/ that relationship a bit more and see what variations you discover. also, the letterforms are still not weighted 'equally' i feel. the 'p' feels like it has a stroke around it, and where the 'g' and 'p' join feels a little tried.
overall though, i like the aesthetic you are working here.
