all your words were great, kids... thanks. I admit that I was talking about me more than my depressed friends...
... this has been on-going for so long.
A couple of things I will definetly try is the sunlight and the long walks...oh and the 5-dht and the st. johns wart are supposed to work too... heard that somewhere--I think it was my dad.Anyhow--thanks for everything. I feel loved in here today!
