personally i just don't think so to be honest, if he was in on it all he would have let nicholson know that leo was the rat. it just ruins the whole story if that's the case. plus i liked wahlberg in the film, i can't cope if he's a baddy!!

Unless Nicholson knew Leo was the rat and was using him to test Damon's worth to his orginization?
