this thread inspi(red) me to go out an buy a tee shirt today. i am fully aware that gap made a decent profit on this purchase, but some of it went to a good cause. i could have donated directly to the organization, but i wanted to give credit to the campaign.
i'll be the first to admit that i'm a consumer whore (and how!), but this campaign seems like a really good idea. the cause gets something out of it. the corps get something out of it. and now i've gotten something out of it. who's benefiting the most? i don't know, but i'm hoping its those people that the money is going to help.
