i'd like to see where these 'randomly' selected areas were. lets see, in the united states here how about we select east st. louis, south detroit, cabrini green in chicago, the west side of dallas, richmond, hartford, gary (pretty much the top 25 most dangerous cities in america) and see what the mortality rate is, then apply that to the united states as a whole. laughable.
and from what i understand, this 'report' is widely discredited, not just in the united states either.
