  you guys in the US and Canada have a funny way with numbers.
  $1.65 billion is not a mathematical billion.

  1.650.000.000 is just a thousand six hundred and fifty millions.

  1.65 billion (in europe at least) would be 1650.000.000.000.000. a thousand and sixty five billions.
