  Poaching the best youth players is the future Kev, you only have to look at the quality you can get at low low prices these days if your scouting network is good enough.

  Cheski even have their Football Icon programme on Sky to find young players.

  I think the comment about Figo and Rui Costa being the only world class players to come out of Portugal in a decade isn't far off the mark.
