"sunlight really is suposed to produce a chemical reaction with your skin that produces Vitamin D (i think that is the one) that increases your brains seratonin levels. (dont ask me the science of it, that is just what my old health professor taught me. i hated him)"
yup thats true.
i notice how i change when im consistently going to the beach on the summer and now on the winter.
i get depressed by nature, but i have learned how to fight that by taking advantage of the summer sun, and going out. and in the winter when its sunny and warm i go for long walks downtown or hang out with friends.thats the best way to fight depression, not everybody is able to hipnotize them selves to believe that if they think theyre happy they will be happy, and medication is the last option.
so using the sun who is right up there is the best medicine.
but its also good to try to be creative anytime you can, letting your emotion reflect on your work makes your work worth more.
