    4) I have to deal with it no one else. So that hour is really important to me.
    5) I don't refuse to do business but give me a heads up on why you are calling.
    6) people that don't leave messages usually don't have something conscise to say
    7) email leaves a trail which most clients don't like because it can be referred to.

    I spoke with him finally as he just kept calling and calling. We spend about an hour on the phone with him giving me directions and wanting to see them right away.
