(Sep 22 06, 16:37)nah its not this because i definitely erased and zero'd my disk.
i'm pretty sure its a permission thing because i have 3 user accounts setup and the safari keychain issues are only on 1.
hiatus if you figure it out come back and drop a msg here. i tried permissions fix tonight and still no go.
