Not sure if you a familiar with the director method but if you have director you can import the swf and allow as many frames as you need in director and then export from from there. Basically director will take a shot of every frame and export it. Learned this one from good ol' Joshua Davis. Works like a charm. I am surprised your screen capture apps are not doing a good job though. I use snapx pro on mac for this type of thing all the time and I get good frame rates.
