Drink as much water as possible and to mix it up get "green tea on the go" it's no sugar and no calories, and it's bangin.
http://www.lipton.com/our_produc…If you need a snack, definitely buy yourself a watermelon, cut it up in pieces at home, then bring in a nice big container. It's no calories either, plus it fills you up and tastes like candy. Yum. and grapes...
Or, buy "kettle corn" popcorn mini bags with a diet coke... again, low calorie and it takes a while to eat so you feel like you're eating a lot.
