i am a february '03 graduate of the digital media program at full sail. its actually an associate of science, not a bachelor - but still very much worth it. i absolutely loved my education there, which is good considering i already had one degree (in print design) before i attended - so needless to say my expectations were high. they have great people teaching there and you learn alot. sometimes, i think it may even be TOO much squeezed into 15 months - but i would rather be taught more than less.

and yes, the rumors are true - it is very pricey. the digital media program is 15 months long and costs around $37,500 - but this is all inclusive... you dont have to pay for your textbooks or lab fees or anything like that. the schedule is pretty grueling, too... i was averaging around 60 hrs a week for my last three months in school. since the school is 24 hrs a day, you will have labs at 1am / 5am - saturdays, sundays, holidays... it doesnt matter. they work you into the ground, but its worth it (in my opinion).

the place is overflowing with talented people (students AND teachers) and the school is all about teaching you how to network with other people. also very modern campus with good equipment (most of the time... heheh).

i know the hefty price tag keeps alot of people away, but i really think its a great choice for anyone.

    peace
