    Just bottle it up in a little ball and start compressing it to the point of a diamond. Then go for a walk and talk to yourself about the issues loud enough that others know to get out of your way. On a more serious note, I do get depressed but how I cope with it is by going for a very long walk everyday. Exercise seriously reduces depression. It allows your brain to produced seritonin to counterbalance depression.

    You don't need to be an athlete or anything, just go for a brisk walk for about 20-40 minutes. This could mean walking to the store or taking a trip to the downtown. Grab yourself a cup of tea or coffee to keep your hands warm. I swear that this works.
