why am I an idiot? Shouldn't it be up to a business whether they make their site accessible or not? If not, they lose business.
I don't see the reason to sue...

(Sep 8 06, 15:57)dude, this is such an "american-centric" response it is crazy. why should accessablity be an issue?? because we do not live in a world of physical equality or standards, for one. by that logic, you would request that all right-to-left reading Asia change to meet a 'western' preference as well?
if there are not standards presented and critiqued by a social collective, then the corp. w/ the biggest pockets to say what they want dictates how information is translated and communicated.
this also falls into a bit of 'violation' of equal opportunity employment and retail establishment requirements w/o much thought...
