The reason people target the large companies like Target first to get them to make their site accessible is to frighten everyone else to follow suit.
With such an emphasis being put on accessibility at the moment, why arent the big newspapers being hassled for this too.
Do they print Braille versions?

Do they sell audio versions of each days publication?
nop
When will Art Galleries be forced to have audio descriptions of every single painting?
You see, there is a point where all this "Politically Correctness" and "Accessibility" stuff becomes rediculous.
