on a freelance gig where the head designer has less experience then me and she is constantly asking me how to do things, and im just verbally saying no™.
her design skills are that of a college kid who never done it b4. also her professionalism is so lacking as she is cracking jokes while the boss is explaining the line in the meetings.
she has no computer skills at all and her hand sketching is very poor.
its driving me insane that there are people like this that slip thru the cracks and get by on someone else's woRK..
the big bosses are sitting her down as i type this. and she is in crying hystericaly saying she is doing her job, but they hired me to show her that she is not in fact doing anything.
i hope they fire her as people like her need to be weeded out of design rooms.
drives me insane to teach people who supposed to have more working experience than me.
