    i used them before, and my browser crashed in the middle of a download and when i went back to the site THE FILES WERE LOCKED and they wouldn't let me get the files i fucking paid for. so screw that shit, i'll just keep stealing.

    just so you know, it may have been your approach to the situation. I have had failures and over charges for files never transferred, all instances were taken care of to my satisfaction by simply using the help request option.
