i have to say i think you need a breath of fresh air. You sound stuck and when you sound stuck you feel stuck.
How you feel now is eminating to all around you which im sure makes you feel even worse.
Ever read the artical doChange. It was something they gave us at uni, small stuff even sleeping the other way one night can give you just the fresh air you need.
Come on pull your socks up your a designer, you must have loved it at some point. Do you not think you could be a studio manager or Account Manager, or even just stick vinal to cars for a living.
Breath for a few weeks it wont kill you...
