    ok, i think you could get something good out of that. For product shoots I like to stick to one light and use a bunch of white, black, gold cards/reflectors depending on what you are after. I'd focus your light onto a surface that will reflect the light onto the wine bottle. that will give you a softer, more even light. If you are wanting to do high key lighting, think richard avedon with people on white backgrounds, you should then use 2 lights, both at 45° pointed to the seemless (cyc) on opposing sides and try to make them 1 1/3 times brighter and be careful to not let it spill onto the back of the bottle or else you'll get some nasty highlights. what mood are you going for? i hope this helps.
