His apology was big. He said that not only does he apologize but he would also like to speak with the Jewish leaders so that he can straighten this out.
Part of me forgives him in some ways. If you think of how he must have been brought up (father being a nazi or whatever) and all those words and phrases he must have heard when growing up, now as an adult, knowing right from wrong - I bet that script is still running in his head even if he knows how wrong it is.
The other side of me says "fuck that racist pigglet" because he always comes out to apologize once he realizes that he might lose his box office ticket sales.
Fuck it. All of me now thinks he should pay at the box office for his ignance! that's right! I said IGNANCE!
