just moved from South Carolina to DC... UHAUL'ed everything ourselves. DON'T DO IT. Worst thing ever. The money you save isn't worth it.
I'm now pissed at uhaul. What other place would have their HQ in DC closed on a Sunday?! and their HQ doesn't accept trailers?! So stupid. Also my wife had a bunch of migrants literally jump on the uhaul when we stopped at a red light at a bus stop in DC... and that was the day we moved in. So glad the doors were locked.
