agree with what you are saying to some extent but i couldn't rent it out due to personal cirumstances and also i couldn't afford to anyway to much debt to pay off. Now I'm totally Debt free and have a wodd off cash.
Think travel would be the best thing just doing it on my own seems really scarey - eek!
