Your site has some good stuff on it, but nothing i would pass on. Its nothing new or really funny or amazing. Just good. Seems like another portfolio site.. and those sites will only get a few thousand hits.
Try and promote your self by uploading your stuff onto youtube.com or something. But unless you have really really good content that blows people away, or you create a site that updates content every day, you will not be seeing 10k hits a day
