If I lived in CC I would totally open a theme park or something themed around The Caped Cod, a superhero cod, who does all kinds of super hero deeds. Maybe I could start with a fish and chip shop and work up from there, but I feel that is a bit twisted, to serve our heroic mascot as food seems debauched and untrustworthy not to mention exploitative.
