Sadaam WAS way better.
10s of thousdands gone missing ever year presumed dead and burried in the known mass graves.
Anyone suspected of being against Sadaam was killed, their family too. This was as easy as one man saying to another he thought that person didn't agree with Sadaam, next thing you know Sadaams Royal Guard was kicking down their door and slaughtering them in the night.
Gassing his own people.
Uday and Qusay being known to rape and torture any woman they pleased, and killing the husband of the woman if he didn't allow it.
How many palaces did they have while their people starved?
I could go on for days.
