Think of your resume as strictly type and layout. You have to really flex your skills in those two areas. The color issue has been discussed at length—I personally never design a resume using color. B/W only. I have a PDF of resume examples I reference (or used to). Resume's I deem of a certain quality. E-mail me—if you want I'll send it to you.
