I actually work at a landscape architecture firm in their graphics department, and trust me, from what you have so far, she'll be a top contender (in terms of layout...not too sure about her skills though).
My advice would be to try making her name horizontal. And I know it's obvious, but have you tried using a nice shade of green as an accent color?
