not buildings...certain apts...but i guess a whole building can be stablized...the increase on a stablization apt can only increase 2-4% of the annual rent...and if you have the stablized apt to begin with then your increases will be less than a tank of gas.
$4800???!?! where you live??? alothugh i did live on 12 btwn 6th aqnd 7th i had a 4 floor brownstone with 11 fireplaces and 3 balconies...but that was stablized too.
