    some answers:

    Its an online advert format, comes under many different names:
    Intro Full screen
    Full screen Intro
    Giant/massive Billboard

    It replaces the homepage as the first thing you see when you arrive at the site. After 20 seconds it then autoredirects to the real homepage.

    Its actuallly a screenshot of the website taken into Flash and manipulated. So nothing very clever there I am afraid.

    generally less than 400kb
    Audio yes
    Versions in Flash 7 and 8 - (we delivery depending on your verison of flash using a sniffer)

    Yes I did all them, I have loads more too, but those are some of my favourites.
