I think there's a couple things you gotta think about here: layout and presentation. Layout-wise, this site isn't really doing its job. Housing the content in a scrollable iframe is, IMHO, a bad choice. It makes the content hard to read, and it's such a simple site, an iframe really isn't neccessary. Keep the content in the main document and let the page be as long as it needs to be to house that content. The other main issue is with the nav. As mentioned by others, icons are a bad choice in this case. It's probably better to use icons accompanied by text, or, better yet, just use text. Also, it makes no sense to have the nav be at the bottom of the page where it's least accessible. Consider integrating it into the header or as a sidebar.

Now, presentation-wise, as others have mentioned, I think there is also a lot to work on. The identity is very generic and understated, almost like you are an industrial manufacturer or something. Rethink what your company is and stands for. Pay more attention to the formatting of your type and try to incorporate some better imagery. But solve the basic layout problems and you'll have a solid framework to build from.
