i'm making 7 figures and my mortgage is just under a grand a month.
with the other utilities it's maybe 1400 a month total.
there is so much to think about. food. gas. utilities. cable. internet. porn. it all adds up. the best thing you can do is write estimates of everything you'll be spending money on down, and figure out the #s.
live within your means but make the most of everything.
