The worst experience that I have had with them is when I submited a double sided card to them, with the exact same colour information on the front and back.
The front and back were two completely different colours.
Oh, and their letterhead printing is awful. We did a test run with them, and when looking through the product, it was litterally a flip book from light to dark and dark to light (in terms of colour intensity). There was even a blank sheet of paper in with everything else.
That being said, everything I have done for personal projects have come out fantastic. It only seems to be clients that have trouble with them, and I do not understand why.
I think it just boils down to the day and who is managing the presses.
