I think both ideas with some more work could be good for a physiotherapist, it captures the interrelation side of it.
May be the second one is to square for something related with body and biological, wich is more common associated with curves, and a square is maybe too cold. And yes, the first one looks like flames, but it can be worked out, I think. Do you get what I'm saying? Sorry for my english, is to early here...
