I'm getting married in Sept. I thought we were going to have a small quick ceremony but then my fiancée said she'd like her sister to read a poem.
I paused and said “if that’s what you want, then sure.” That didn’t go over very well and she got all defensive about it. Later that day her mom asked us if we really wanted the sister to read because she’d probably just get drunk and screw it up. See I’m not the only one who thought that....Anyway I just FWD here the Cat and the Owl and told her I’d like her to read that one instead.
