That's another problem. How do you know which things to cover in school and which things not to cover? If you leave something out it could be called discrimination or leading to assimilation. This is one reason why some people don't want religion in schools...because then you would have to have EVERY religion or belief in schools to be fair to everyone or to be politically correct.
I don't agree with all political correctness because (for example) immigrants should be conforming to Canadian laws and standards. At the same time, we should be allowing them to practise their own religion without discrimination and to feel welcomed into the country.
The percentage of Christians in this country is going down by about 6.2% every 10 years or so.
