Yeah, Natchez might be a little ambitious for a weekend trip.
Smoky Mountains are a good bet but if you're just doing a weekend trip, might want to do either / or...would be alot to do Smokys and the city too...plus remember its a holiday weekend so probably lots of tourists about.
In Nashville stay away from the whole 2nd Avenue, Broadway bar scene. It's pretty trashy.
