get a dog. it will get you out of the house 2wice a day for walks, sounds mad but it worked for me, escape from the monitor and you HAVE to do it every day.
Im up at 5am every morning going for walks with the mutt with my camera. an hour of quility time to myself. and i used to be a fall out of be 10 mins before work person.
