is it right, that one screen is only touchscreen and the other only display?

I just received part of the proposal on this and didn't want to promise functionality that can't be done between flash and Zinc, nor did i want to bid it out too low if it's going to be a pain in the ass. it seems that the touchscreen itself probably won't be an issue then, so that's huge.
