DW design view still looks like shite for me, but the code hinting is much improved and very helpful. Other cool features include zooming in on a page and dragging guides. Also you can expand and collapse chunks of code for easier editing. I was excited about these features originally, but I find that I actually never really use them.
I don't use flash much, but my buddy raves about flash 8.
