epill - sounds like you got a win-win situation going on. congrats dude!
personally, i would pick the place where i would enjoy coming to work more...the place that i wouldn't get tired of or burnt out at. The place where i would have more fun! pay is one thing, but remember you gotta come in there everyday. quality of life is important, as I'm sure you're well aware.
